1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing Tunova you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app and by email.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital age in your country) to register. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, infringe intellectual property or attempt to manipulate streams or platform metrics.

3. Content and licensing

Music, artwork, videos and text on Tunova are provided by rights holders under license. You may stream and — where licensing permits and you hold a Premium subscription — download content for personal, non-commercial offline listening. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly perform, synchronize or make available content outside the platform. All rights remain with their owners.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Premium subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices, currencies, trial lengths and plan features are set out on the Premium page. Where local payment methods are used, additional terms of the payment provider apply. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per applicable consumer law and our refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not: circumvent technical protections; scrape or bulk-download; artificially inflate play counts; upload malicious files; impersonate others; or use the platform to harass, defame or distribute unlawful material.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tunova is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the previous 12 months or the minimum required by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, unless mandatory consumer law of your country of residence provides otherwise. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
