Data we collect

Account data (email, username, profile details), technical data (device, browser, IP-based coarse location), usage data (plays, searches, playlist changes) and — where you pay — the minimum billing data required to process payments. We never sell personal data.

How we use it

To operate the service (streaming, playlists, recommendations), to pay artists accurately, to detect fraud and stream manipulation, and to communicate service changes. Aggregated, de-identified statistics may be shared publicly (for example chart methodologies).

Your choices

You can access, export and delete your account data from Account settings. Deleting your account removes personal data except records we must retain for accounting, licensing or legal obligations.
