1. Designated agent
Copyright notices: hello@tunova.app with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Response within 2 business days.
2. Notice requirements
Identification of the copyrighted work; the exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on Tunova; your contact details; a good-faith statement that use is unauthorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized agent; your physical or electronic signature.
3. Our process
Each case is tracked with a full audit trail: complaint → review → evidence check → suspension of the content where warranted → resolution. Repeat infringers lose their accounts. Submissions that materially misrepresent ownership may incur liability for damages.
4. Counter-notice
Uploaders may submit a counter-notice with the same formalities. If we receive a valid counter-notice and the complainant does not pursue legal action within 10 business days, the content may be restored.
5. Rights metadata
Every music item on Tunova is designed to carry rights-holder, license type, territory, license window and streaming/download/video permissions — features that lack configured rights are disabled for that content rather than assumed.
