Vanillah, born Fanuel Phabian Peter on 30 May 1996, is a rising Tanzanian Afro-Pop and Bongo Flava singer-songwriter and guitarist known for his soulful vocals, melodic guitar work, and modern Tanzanian sound. Signed to Kings Music, he first gained major attention with his 2022 EP “Listen to Me” and the hit single “Unanisitiri,” and has since released tracks like “Hakunaga,” “Najikubali,” and “I Gat You,” showcasing his versatility and emotional depth. Vanillah’s fusion of Afro-Pop, Bongo Flava, and contemporary rhythms has made him a standout artist in East Africa’s music scene.
