Masauti, born Mohammed Ali Said around 2001/2002, is a Kenyan pop and R&B singer-songwriter known for his melodic Swahili vocals, heartfelt lyrics, and versatile sound that blends R&B, Afro-pop, and contemporary East African vibes. He rose to prominence with hits like “Ipepete,” “Kiboko,” “Dondosha,” and “Liar,” gaining a strong following across Kenya and East Africa. Masauti has worked with top artists such as Khaligraph Jones, Nadia Mukami, Lava Lava, and Tanasha Donna, and continues to grow his artistic footprint with new music and collaborations as an independent artist.
